JOB DESCRIPTION
Project Coordination:
- Act as the central point of contact for all project-related communications
- Facilitate coordination between the BD team, Production team, and Pre-sales team
- Monitor project progress and ensure all teams are aligned with project goals and timelines
Team Collaboration:
- Engage with the Production team to understand their capacity, capabilities, and progress on ongoing projects
- Ensure that the Production team has all the necessary information and resources to deliver on project requirements
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain detailed and organized records of project activities, communications, and milestones
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders
Problem Solving:
- Identify potential project risks and issues early on and work with relevant teams to develop mitigation strategies
- Address and resolve any conflicts or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Background: University degree or above
- Having 1-2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator/PM Assistant in IT company
- Having experience in Ecommerce website development projects is an advantage
- Fluent English speaking (must have)
- Good communication and writing skills (both in Vietnamese and English) since you need to communicate a lot with your internal team (Vietnamese) and clients (English)
- Versatile with working conditions and proactive in project management
- Possessing skills in research, time management, coordination, problem-solving, and more
- Eager to learn, proactive, and open-minded
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills
- Focused on customer success and experience.
