JOB DESCRIPTIONS

In this role, you will be expected to:

1/Content Creation & Management

  • Write, edit, and publish blog content aligned with SEO strategies and marketing campaign objectives.
  • Create, update, and maintain website content, including landing pages, product pages, and content updates.
  • Develop sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, slide decks, case studies, and brochures.
  • Repurpose content into multiple formats while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and brand voice.

2/Social Media Content

  • Write and schedule organic social media content across key platforms.
  • Adapt long-form content (blogs, case studies, reports) into short-form social assets.
  • Support campaign launches with coordinated social messaging.

3/SEO Content

  • Optimize content for on-page SEO, including keyword usage, metadata, and internal linking.
  • Work with SEO briefs and apply SEO best practices independently.
  • Refresh and optimize existing content to improve search rankings and performance.

4/Collaboration & Execution

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Design teams to deliver content on time and at high quality.
  • Manage multiple content requests simultaneously without compromising deadlines or content standards.
  • Perform other content-related tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have

  • 2–4 years of hands-on content marketing experience.
  • Educational background from ULIS, BUV, HANU, or other English-language-focused institutions is preferred.
  • Proven writing experience across blogs, websites, and sales collateral.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and search intent (beyond keywords).
  • Excellent editing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work fast while maintaining content quality and accuracy.

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting event-related content (event pages, agendas, promotional emails, post-event recaps).
  • YouTube content support: video titles, descriptions, thumbnail copy, and basic scripts.
  • Experience writing help desk / knowledge base articles and FAQs.
  • Basic understanding of email marketing content.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), analytics tools, or marketing automation system. 
  • Experience working in the IT industry (ITO, SaaS product development, etc.) is an advantage.
