[HCM] SENIOR SALES & PARTNER OPERATIONS (ENGLISH FLUENT)

A1 Consulting, a member of AHT Holdings, was established in 2019 with a mission to become the #1 Cloud ERP consulting and implementation unit in Vietnam and the Asia region. We collaborate with strategic ERP partners, including Odoo, Oracle NetSuite, Acumatica, and Infor.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales & Partner Operations

As a Senior Sales & Partner Operations professional, you’ll play a key role in the Business Development & Consulting team, enabling Sales and Partnerships to operate efficiently and scale effectively. You’ll be responsible for optimizing systems, maintaining clean data, and improving go-to-market processes in a fast-growing Technology environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales Operations

  • Own and optimize the CRM to ensure clean data and healthy pipelines
  • Support pricing, contracting, approvals, and deal desk processes
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and forecasting tools to provide revenue visibility
  • Onboard new Sales team members and provide relevant documentation and tools

2. Partner Operations

  • Maintain accurate partner records and documentation
  • Coordinate partner onboarding across technical, commercial, and GTM functions
  • Track partner activity, integration progress, and revenue contribution
  • Ensure company-wide visibility of partner performance and data

3. Commercial Enablement

  • Design and improve GTM workflows to support growth
  • Manage a library of sales enablement materials including templates, playbooks, and pitch decks
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Delivery Team, Marketing, etc on commercial campaigns and initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Development, or similar roles
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end B2B sales processes; IT industry experience is a plus

Skills:

  • Proficient in English communication (must have)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and BI platforms (e.g. Power BI, Looker Studio) is preferred
  • Able to apply AI tools to work and quickly adapt to new technologies
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across all levels
