JOB DESCRIPTION

• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.

• Develop and maintain web applications using .NET Core with ReactJS or Angular for frontend.

• Build robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js.

• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following software engineering best practices.

• Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and propose technical solutions.

• Provide level 2 support for internal applications and assist users in resolving incidents.

• Troubleshoot application issues and perform system testing as needed.

• Document technical designs, manuals, and user guides.

• Coordinate with IT teams for system deployment, upgrades, and integrations.

• Conduct user training during implementation and post-deployment support.

• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Application Senior Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• From 1.5-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator/Project Assistant/PM Assistant in IT company
• Fluent English speaking since you need to communicate a lot with your internal team (Vietnamese) and clients (Vietnamese & English)
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, with experience in Odoo being preferred
• Versatile with working conditions and proactive in project management
• Having the ability to research, time management, coordination, problem solving, etc
• Willing to learn, proactive, open mindset

Technical Skills:

• 5–7 years of experience in software development, with strong hands-on experience in:

  • .NET Core, Node.js, and ReactJS or Angular.

  • REST API development and integration.

  • SQL and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• Familiarity with system integration, application architecture, and SDLC methodologies.

• Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) and Agile/Scrum is a plus.

Soft Skills:
