JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Joining a leading tech company with over 17 years of expertise, offering various innovative solutions and services, including cutting-edge technologies like AI, blockchain, IoT, fintech, and cloud computing. In this role, you will be expected to:
- Conduct a full sales cycle from the initial phase, such as market research to define market penetration strategies and identify new business opportunities
- Actively seek and generate qualified leads
- Build partner relationships via summits, offline events, and forums
- Proactively and flexibly advise customers on their concerns and requirements based on the company‘s existing solutions and services
- Collaborate with delivery and presales teams to create tailored proposals
- Negotiate contracts and ensure proper deal closure to minimize risk
- Manage customer relationships from initial contact to post-sale, resolving issues during projects
- Maintain accurate client records, tracking contract updates and renewals
- Other tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales B2B/Business Development, preferably in IT domain
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Strong networking abilities with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams
- Proficient in identifying opportunities and crafting effective sales strategies
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence decision-makers
- Growth-oriented, proactive, and results-driven with a positive attitude
- Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and time management abilities
