Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support market research activities to propose effective customer approach strategies and identify business opportunities in target markets.
  • Search and build potential client lists through different digital channels.
  • Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Follow up and nurture opportunities through consistent communication, ensuring strong client engagement.
  • Drive opportunity conversion and deal closing, working in collaboration with mentors when needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Delivery, Presales, etc.) to align on client needs and ensure smooth handover.
  • Track and update CRM/client database regularly with lead status, pipeline opportunities, and deal progress.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fresh graduates or final-year students majoring in International Business, Business Administration, External Business, Marketing, or other relevant fields.
  • Have at least 3 months of internship in B2C/B2B sales position.
  • Experience in IT sales or basic understanding of IT is a plus.
  • Proficient in English (speaking & writing) - IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 750, or equivalent.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive with a growth mindset and positive attitude.
  • Ability to self-study, work independently.
