JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels such as cold outreach, calls, emails, and other methods.
- Collaborate with sales teams to pass on qualified leads for further engagement.
- Manage and nurture relationships with potential clients or partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve growth objectives.
- Formulate and implement high-level strategies for business expansion.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders or services.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, marketing, or related fields
- Minimum of 2.5 years experience in Business Development position (IT industry), especially in SEA Market
- Fluent in English speaking (must-have)
- Preferable skills: deal-closing, partner management
- Having experience or knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Good use of social media and content management systems
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce,…)
